Cornering someone in public, in front of a crowd, and hitting them with a surprise marriage proposal is not romantic. It is cruel, and a little bit manipulative ("they'll totally be less likely to say no in front of all these people!"). I really wish this would become A Thing That Never Happens Again.

That made me so mad too. Do WHAT about it? It's so easy to say "oh then do something" okay Mr. Big Smart Man WHAT do we do about it? ENLIGHTEN ME

A warm welcome to the random dudes who show up in these threads to ask why women find catcalling offensive and then ignore all the answers!

Hoda Kotb declared catcalling to be inoffensive and quite complimentary this morning, and Matt Fucking Lauer had to set her straight. Today meets the Twilight Zone.

The reaction to this video is as awful as the catcalling itself. I've seen countless face book arguments where men I've always found to be pleasant and respectful, that I would have never guessed are sexist, are saying she's overreacting, so women are having to tell them to put their sister/mother/wife/daughter in

Men get very angry when you challenge their entitlement to do whatever the fuck they want.

Uhh, so we're literally just reposting Daily Fail misogynistic clickbait bullshit now? I know Jez is running on a skeleton crew lately and I don't expect academic dissertations on global economic issues anyway, but would a tiny bit of quality control kill us?

I thought oil companies were ruining America but it was those pesky minorities all along.

And I'm tired of rich people (minority) running this country too.

I'm guessing Vikings GM Rick Spielman already had this information (but he'll probably deny it) when he had his press conference today announcing Peterson will play this weekend. This is all sounding so familiar.

I don't understand the mentality of women who want to marry the man who cheated on their wives for them. If he did that to their wives, what makes you think they won't do something like that to you? This feckless asshole was never going to marry her but he was adept enough at stringing her along so he got what he

that gif is everything.

I was just thinking about that. Every single woman that I know who's had an abortion didn't have it for medical reasons, but because she got pregnant by accident and didn't want a baby. Coincidentally, every single one of them has also zero regrets about it and most have now kids, too. I really think that's the

Good for her to share this personal information that people will tear her to shreds for! I can't wait for the day when a serious political candidate in the US can say, "Yeah, I had an abortion. Not for medical reasons; I just didn't want a kid" and it's treated as a non-issue.

It's really brave of her to share her experience.

I wonder if any of the guys in the video know this is on the internet. That's my main question.

I am weeping. I need to know more. Is it an audition? Is it like...Chippendales? Is it porn? So many questions. They weren't all chosen for dancing skill... or penis size. Maybe they were all the ones willing to get naked for a VHS tutorial on stripping? IDK but so many unanswered questions.

LOL my bf saw me watching this and went "You have problems."

It's a summer suit! What don't people understand about that? He's not a goddamn funeral director.
