Jezebel editors, please go back to asking for ghost stories.

And the sick who got his rape-fantasy story removed from the other post is also back, this time with a graphic domestic-violence-fantasy.

Not only did they not respond, they doubled down. Insane.

Uh did someone not just comment on the other post and request that you guys at least give a warning of we’re about to read a story about an actual, real-life sexual assault instead of a spooky ghost story?

Hey, hey. Here’s an idea: When sick dudes post their “true story, no ghosts or italicsrape-fantasy fics on here... let’d not star them, okay?

Yeah, I fucked up with my friend at work. She LOOOOVES going to see movies and so do I. Hell we’ll talk about trailers to movies for like a half hour dissecting it, because she’s a blerd and I’m a werd. A few months ago I’ve realized that maybe I wasn’t respecting her enough and so I spent a lot of time looking up

Yeah, everything you need to do right now sucks, but you have two months to get it done before the hardest work of your life kicks in. It won’t be hard forever — in fact, it’ll get easier every single day — but taking care of a newborn is no small feat and you deserve people on Team You that you can count on.

“screaming like a little girl”

Okay, I actually am in a polyamorous relationship, and have been since about 2001, and I can tell MVP that there’s actually a term for the bullshit her boyfriend is pulling. It’s called “Relationship Broken? Add More People!”, and it refers specifically to the kind of person who thinks that polyamory is a solution to

Dear Zero - the “history” of Confederate monuments was that they were established during some of the darkest days of America - most were erected in the first half of the 20th century. They served to remind non-whites and non-Christians of their place in American society, and to remind them what happens if they get too

Statues and memorials are for not simply a “reminder” nor are they history. History is what’s taught in schools and textbooks. Memorials are there to celebrate and glorify. I have no interest in glorifying people who tried to overthrow the rightful government in front of buildings that government owns and operates

It’s almost as if the world contains multiple things worth bitching about.

No one is asking to have these people removed from history books and not taught in school. People are asking that there not be monuments and statues commemorating terrible people who did horrible, racists things and were on the losing side of a war that divided our country.

IDK, no one’s putting up statues of Hitler and people seem to remember him just fine...

Im pretty sure Nashville has the worst one imaginable:

Waters: “Why didn’t you bother responding to our letter?”

Oh yeah.

I was listening to a podcast a few weeks ago where they were analyzing novels by white supremacists and this fantasy of a white woman being violated by a brown or black person is a feature of almost all those novels. This imagery is straight out of the white supremacist handbook.

Sounds like a vivid fantasy he harbors himself.
