What home screen are you talking about? Her's has ADW Launcher, and it is locked. But a long-press on the home screen brings the "Unlock Desktop?" message, and it's very easy to not read it and just press "Yes" to get that message out of the way.

Yes, you're right. I just spoke to a friend that brought an iPhone 5 from the US for not much more than the person is asking for the old iPhone 4.

It has nothing to do with the country the people are born in. But some races/populations can exhale more body odor than others. Take some flights that go through Africa and you'll know what I mean. They can be well dressed and hygienic, but some people just have a much stronger smell that we are just not used to.
