I got a 1Tb Buffalo Link Station NAS about 2.5 years ago, and it's still 60% of its capacity (and that's because I haven't emptied all the trashcans yet).

You could probably have one computer with the audio stream, and the others on the network open the address of the streamed audio. Take a look at this. Basically setup a playlist and the other computers / devices access the address of that list/file to play it.

The user reviews aren't very promising...
