The BMW i3 should have been in this list. It briefly showed us a truly unique way of building an electric/hybrid city car. Cool looks, cool construction methods, decent range for its purpose, and the last vestiges of BMW caring about making nice handling cars in all segments. Now we get the iX. Ugh.

The Mondial is uninspired, fine. There are several old coachbuilt one offs that are ugly as hell, but they are one offs from a different time. The F512M from the 90's was deliberate, something made for production, and that shit is just wrong. I refuse to upload a picture, as I find it that ugly.

I drive a BMW 1 series (F20, still RWD) and it is the perfect size for 90% of my needs. If I were to pick something brand new, I’d love a Honda e. For daily driving around São Paulo I think it would be spectacular.
