Honestly, it took them long enough. Meeke has his moments, but he crashes out way too often for it to be a good idea to carry him on as a driver. What’s worse for him is that it’s a works team making this decision. Privateer teams have a much smaller budget, and it would be quite risky to pick him up considering his

Dangerous. The next day a Mustang will find itsway into the Jalopnik offices... They kill people, you know...

Show us some of Glickenhaus’ shenanigans! I have a feeling they’ll do well this year with the 003C!

Thought so, too.

Rust, the spirit is rust.

Keep an eye on Rebellion, especially during Le Mans, and maybe you will change your opinion on that. They are quite fast, and on the longer Le Mans circuit, might prove quite a challenge to the Toyotas.

Yep, and a Mercedes 190SL sounds nowhere near as good as the engine in that video.

Fun fact: this was Clark’s first pole position.

This is 1962 by the way.

My family actually had 2, and I remember them well! The first one had only 3 doors, which drove us kids nuts, and made my brothers and I fight to get inside to get the better seats. The second one had 4 doors and was more normal. My dad loved the V6, even though it drank like hell. Good times...

It’s historical, it’s on many cars, from a few countries. Look up a Touring bodied car from the 60's or earlier and chances are you’ll find it on there. It’s

There’s a few of them (rumors go from a couple to 8) stashed in Brunei garages...

I was at Le Mans the last time they raced there, and the TVR folk who drove down from England were extremely fun! I wandered into the camping area and found a big group of them barbecueing, drinking, and cheering like hell every time the TVRs went past. If that’s what’s about to happen again, then I’m all for it!

Bad taste on their part trying to capitalize on this accident, especially when their systems are maybe a bit better than that in the Uber car. IThey should have kept their mouths shut and read Alex Roy’s latest piece on Drive.

It’s an incredible story. Stories, really. Worth the read for sure!

David, thanks again for another amazing story. Maybe the best one I’ve read here, yet, even though I was familiar with the awesomeness of the Helms’.

Do some research on CZ. He’s off kilter, to put it mildly...
