The Andy Warhol BMW M1, I think, would be top of the list. Warhol's most expensive work ever sold at auction went for a little more than $71 Million, and there are rumors of the painting Eight Elvises, from 1963 having sold for $100 Million. Granted, "Eight Elvises" and "Green Car Crash (Green Burning Car I)" are both

The VW Beetle is the automotive representation of Brazil. Ask any Brazilian, or have a look at a picture of traffic here...

I like how you have a picture of the replica... Might not have been on purpose, but the irony is very befitting...

Ignazio Giunti's death in the 1971 Buenos Aires 1000km race was totally avoidable, and caused by an idiot pushing his car along the pit straight while a race was still going on...

Gee, you can sure go all out on the profanity, congratulations.

There used to be a riced out matte black C63 AMG in my friend's apartment building garage which had a license plate that said QATAR.... Makes sense, really...

918 wants so much to be like big brother 917... If only he was mature enough not to dress himself in ricer matte black....

Sorry, but 1966 is no upset. In fact given how much money they put into the GT40 program, they should've won it before against the 250LM and should've won a lot more races in the beginning than they did. Also, it pisses me off that Ken Miles didn't get the win for that race because of Ford's ostentatious antics.

The Fiat 850 is just one of a few products of Italy's predilection for small engined cars. It has "Sport" in its name, but really, it was slow as hell. THat didn't mean it wasn't a fun car, since to get anywhere you needed to rev the engine silly.... Until it exploded into flames, that is... Even Steve Jobs couldn't

Jean Pierre Betoise decides to push his Matra across the track, and causes Ignazio Giunti's death in the process. Sad, and embarassingly stupid.

The wheels are TENNIS RACKETS!

It's not gonna affect anything. That car is already expensive, but the expanse of Conan's influence would have to be MUCH larger than what it is for this to be part of "history"
