If you have a two inch gap at the front of your boot you need to buy smaller boots... unless you’re wearing those medieval curly, pointy boots.

Do two inches make that much of a difference? I’m 6-2 and if I was an even 6-0, and I don’t see any advantages/disadvantages to that difference.

Being 5'7", I can tell you that it matters. Women on dating apps will put minimum height requirements in their bio, usually 5'10" or more, even if they’re 5'2". Taller men look down on you, not just literally, but take you less seriously and make jokes about it. You have to just suck it up too, because if you say…

Anyone who’s seen a little kid wearing their Dad’s shoes recognizes Rob’s gait from the vid where he’s walking across the stage - his boots are several sizes too large for him, and he’s being super careful about where he puts his feet so he doesn’t trip.

Speaking of Vietnam, being over 6' sure feels like I caught the last chopper out of Saigon. There’s this whole subculture of men and women who obsess over men needing to be 6' and I’m so glad I never had to deal with the bad side of it.

I am a 6'0" man, so height has never been an issue for me.
