But what city did your friend buy the quadruplex? Not to mention, this was in 2008, during the financial crisis. All housing was cheap. Spending 60k on a quadruplex now just wouldn’t happen nowadays.

I think for the most part the games look decent. It's a remaster not a remake. This rain effect is awful though.
Isn’t the game just installing from the disk? I've played plenty of games without an online connection on my PS4/5 and Xbox.
