Dude, you made a compelling argument. You’re right. My experience isn’t universal, and my sample size of thirty or so conversations about third tri fetal movement isn’t big enough to stand up to scientific scrutiny. It seems incredibly unlikely to me, but I’m conceding to you that she could just have a very unusual

I didn’t call her a liar, I said I was skeptical. Her experience is so far outside the norm that many people on the comments are expressing shock at how she could have no idea. It’s totally possible that she had an incredibly unusual experience of pregnancy. It’s also possible that she is trying to protect herself

Not just me, but every friend I have that’s been pregnant has been surprised at how intense fetal movements are. I have had conversations about pregnancy with dozens of women in the past four years and everyone talks about how weird and unlike anything else third trimester fetal movement is. I have never heard anyone

It seems like a lot of women who report not knowing they were pregnant have families or religions that would disapprove of premarital sex. I wonder how many of them really never think they are pregnant vs how many kind of adopt that story at the last minute.

I’m so skeptical. I just spent the last 6 weeks barfing daily. I know some people don’t get morning sickness though, so that part I guess I could believe. HOWEVER, based on my other two pregnancies, once the baby is about halfway cooked there is NO WAY you could mistake the movements for trapped fucking gas. It feels

I just got this hat and I think it’s gonna be a game changer for maintaining my translucent, Nosferatu level paleness. This thing plus SPF and I’ll still glow in the dark in August. That’s an 8 inch brim!

I’ll bring my massive sun hat

If it’s old enough to be drying out you should throw it away. After 2-3 months mascara can harbor lots of bacteria (including staph) and fungi. I imagine that slightly heating it could give the buggies an even more beneficial environment.

I didn’t say it looks bad. I said that it looks obvious that she does it herself in response to someone asking if pro stylists can tell. We can.

She’s putting permanent color on her hair once a month though. Semi/demi permanent color will fade faster on porous ends than on new growth, but permanent color doesn’t fade as quickly or as much even if your hair is damaged.

I can use it on my legs, but it dries my face out while simultaneously causing a full face breakout. Use caution!

Yes it is true. If you look at the pic of the author you’ll notice that the ends of her hair are much darker than the roots. Hair ends tend to be much more porous than new growth, so they suck up color. A good colorist won’t let that happen.

THANK YOU. Shout it from the rooftops! Organic farming uses MORE pesticides than conventional farming, they’re just organic instead of synthetic. Are organic pesticides better for humans or the environment? No and no

Hugs. This is my first after our TFMR and it sucks.

I just looked for a while and am not finding much that’s applicable to this style of drinking. There’s a lot on frequent heavy drinking and a lot on binge drinking in adolescents. The closest I could find is this study that appears to show negative health outcomes rising as lifetime alcohol intake increases. here's

When we had a late termination for medical reasons last summer, my mom flew out to meet us, rented a car and got a hotel suite, made me eat food, drove us to all four of my appointments at the clinic and took care of our two year old the whole time so my husband and I could grieve our lost pregnancy and rest without
