Having needed to take some on purpose in the past, I wouldn't wish this on my enemies. It's not just the constant bathroom trips, but the stomachaches and cramps that came with it (for me at least). Just an absolutely miserable experience.

First thought: "On a steeeeek."

I am very much going to enjoy this week. The first article already looks fun (to mess with my siblings, of course). I love you Lifehacker - you're my favorite.

@kimoincali: Ah yes, I discovered this now. I was just suspicious of it asking what program to use as default when you hit Home. As a sidenote, I have a Fascinate and am jealous you have 2.2.

@lvlln: Worked fine with LauncherPro for me. It seems like it'd mess things up when asking to be the default app for the Home button, but it still lets LP drive.

@trashcanpatrol: From my understanding, they don't do the same stuff. Task Killers do just that, look at apps and processes and determine what can be closed. Task Managers, or at least this app (task killer apps may just call themselves managers), basically give the user a nicer way to switch between apps. Task

@trashcanpatrol: I believe it's task *killers* that are bad, managers not so much.

@Mr. Mello: "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer dead at 53. Over in Barcelona today the famed reindeer was hit by a flock of seagulls and a 7-47. Eyewitnesses report that the reindeer in Spain was hit mainly by the plane." - Colin Mochrie, Whose Line

@ihaveabu: Can't you enable Unknown Sources in Menu > Settings > Applications?

@dmccall: Granted, I haven't bought and played with it yet, but it looks like the app Tasker would be helpful to you, at least for the second part. I know I'm not that helpful as to how exactly you do that, or if it is possible, but it's at least an option to check out. Looks like their site offers a seven day trial,

@b1mmer: It is for Windows, Mac, and Linux.

@Gerardo.Zamudio: Oh my apologies, I assumed. And pretty sure other programs have the option as well. 99% sure the one I use (MediaMonkey) does, just a matter of finding it in the properties.

@Gerardo.Zamudio: As far as the first question goes, if you highlight all the songs in the album, right-click and go to Get Info > Options > Part of Compilation and change it to yes it'll recognize it as one album.

@jakebathman: Me too, thought it was the addon I just installed.

@Zool SD: Basically, they go to other sites also covering the event (particularly the ones *at* the event) and pull pictures, facts, ect. to their own. In theory, that way you only have to go to one place to find all available information so far. In practice, I imagine there'll still be people who have multiple tabs

@PN - goopplesoft: Alright, will do. Compulsively checking another place around Giz should be easy. Thank you!

@darkslide: Why not make another account?

I can't decide on if I should use the place I'm currently co-op'ing for as an excuse to get The Shift.. It does sound like a good one to get me going into app developing (just like the article a little below this one).
