I lost 30 lbs once and none of those miracles that are supposed to happen with just a 10lbs loss ever happened. Still prediabetic, still high cholesterol, still high blood pressure. I did keto, lost 15lbs. A1C went down to .5 above normal, feet stopped tingling and cholesterol went into the good category.
