I'm with you on the sentiment (I have a fur-kid who will eat almost anything that isn't supposed to be edible. plastic, rubber, toxic plants, string, yarn, the corners off of paperback books...)... but, to play the opposition - the kitten was obviously being supervised, he couldn't swallow any of the balloon pieces.

Just an FYI - it's NOT just people with upgraded HDDs - there are factory models that are getting bricked as well. Both original fat and newer slims. Better safe than sorry - don't mislead people into a false sense of security just because they have a factory model.
