100% Feedly IMO. The feeds are updated almost instantly (like google reader's were, and not every 5-10 minutes), I've got it rocking favicons, colorful list view, and unread count in tabs with greasemonkey scripts.

Jetpack for me was a major battery drain. Haven't tried it recently, but I also haven't heard that they've remedied it.

I've done something similar with binder clips. The medium size clips are just big enough that they will not fall through the gap between my desk and the wall. Simply clip over my cables and they don't fall through the clip, and the clip doesn't fall behind the desk.
