Man, there's always a catch 22. I have learned that for your dental health, grazing throughout the day is one of the worst things you can do for your teeth your natural protection against baddies.

That's an SP1 cleanup command which does deletes the SP1 update backups files. It does reduce the size of WinSXS, but that was not it's primary purpose if I recall correctly.
