Very few of these Apps "boost" Win7...pretty misleading title if you ask me, especially since a lot of these tweaks aren't Win7 specific.
This is a port of rather dated Linux Desktop...I don't know who made the original, maybe this guy did. In the end, I hope credit is given where credit is due. #desktops

@JCWhitless: There are some Logitech mice that will do this (have a clickable button that flashes when you receive a new IM). It's nifty, but I found that I almost never saw it before I saw the IM on my computer.
