Pinkham’s Law? I’m afraid I do not remember the first instance, that Pinkham codified it, but as long as he’s been doing BCO, someone has come forward to defend the most egregious of behavior.

I didn’t watch much of the series but it always seemed a little more light hearted than other Batman shows.
