It's got nothing to do with tyres. If you see it at night you can't tell how wide they are anyway. So i looked it up, as stock the RX8 is 20mm wider than the FD, and 111mm taller. In us numbers that's less than an inch and nearly 4.4 inches taller!!! That's loads

I don't think it looks that fast. I mean the diluted the design language of that era so much by putting the smiley faces on all the other models, it's not at all low, and it looks narrow. There are two on my block and i didn't even notice for months.

There's some good performance rubber out there if you know where to look, 13" is the usual for Caterhams and other 7alikes

What's the story there? I didn't think they ever sponsored a race team let alone one with the most awesome 911-based car.

That's what i was thinking, it doesn't look very good with that there. I bet Jon Ive scowled at him everytime he passed.

but the one you're thinking of is a >720hp Chevy small block powered version.

Now playing

except for the X-box runs an audi car engine, and the CaterLola has a Duratec. 7s for the most part run car engines, the bike engine ones are special projects. But perhaps there is call for an amendment, the Tiger Z100, two bike engines!

It was a highwater mark, and there have been many waves since. The tide may have risen with the veyron, it seems to be a tough mark to beat.

i love this. chicken and egg problem guys. if you keep bashing them nobody buys them then nobody has the ability to invest in them. If people buy them then they can improve them.

love it!

i've never driven one of these, but from my one experience with a 6, it felt pretty clean under power.

had i noticed this in time i'd have mentioned the plastic engine

SX4, amazing, and for such a price too. But then again it looks worse to me every time i see it.

on its own merits it's hard to disagree. but it says MINI on it, and hence makes no sense

This was the other car that went airborne. Fuuuuuu

It's a keeper!

then again they have been using it in ad spots, so they might be forced to use that in production after building up consumer expectation like that.

pretty much all of the 4 rotors you find these days are made from 20b parts. The 20b had a longer eccentric shaft and a keyway to extend it out to 4 from 3 rotors. That turbo is effing enormous!! The other thing some people have done is build 4-rotor eccentric shafts from scratch, it's a bit loony but you can build

well considering i've never known anyone to have come in contact with one of the outsize bottles, outside of the flagship location of the liquor store, no, you're probably right, he does not lead a normal life the outfit doesn't help either.
