I think you misinterpreted my comment completely. It was directed to those who were misapplying the veneer of "due process" to those who were involved in the cover-up. Coaches punish the entire team for actions of an individual constantly, and that's ok; it's even more ok if we're talking about the crime here.

Reading some of the reactions of people here, apparently I underwent a grave injustice when my basketball coach forced the whole team to run sprints after Tibor missed his free throw.

Yes, this is exactly true. I know of absolutely no instance where a person has been held in jail while awaiting trial or in the midst of a trial. Yup, no one ever stays in jail before a conviction is rendered.

I thought a lot of great music came out this year. Sgt. Hammerclaw took my number 1 choice with Japandroids, but this song has been making a run the past few weeks for me. Reminds me of the psychedelic side of Olivia Tremor Control filtered with some additional "haze" (for lack of a better word).

It's taken a while to grow on me—I have problems with some of the stylistic choices with this album, mainly how soft the guitars are. But I'm coming around on it.

Black Keys have been amazing for a long time, and El Camino is a great record. "Little Black Submarines" is probably my favorite song off the record. The transition from the acoustic ballad to full-on rock is absolutely stunning, especially when I saw them live.

This was my absolute favorite album of the year. I go back and forth with which song I love best, and that whole second side is destined to be listed among the all-time greats, but there's no denying how great this song is.

But one of them told me I needed to find my soulmate!
