I like how Skeets shortened the Portland nickname to the "Trailers", though that's really more of a Gresham thing.

@Disgruntled Goat: I'm telling you, it's all about the "lucky coin" Greek New Year's tradition. We bake a cake/bread, slice it up between different members of the house (with slices set aside for "the house" and St. Nick), and whoever gets the coin gets the luck. And guess who got the coin?

@Lisa: @TheWrathofQBEagles: I'm not sure at this point where I'll end up (West Coast is attractive because my folks are in Oregon, New England would be great because that's where all my college friends are), but the SEC certainly has its charms (I spent the first part of my life in Baton Rouge, hence my LSU fandom).

I'm not one to make random pronouncements to strangers, but I've got great news to share. After not getting into law school this past year, I just got my first letter for this year.
