@snorkelingsarcosuchus001: Lonestar's Winny was ridiculous....ridiculously awesome!

The "Viper" TV Show, right when CGI was going mainstream. Glad they go to the trouble to tuck the mirrors inside the door during transformation.
@ReverendDexter: LOL. My sister and I used to get so busted for singing it that way.
Cal Worthington and his dog Spot!
@McLawdog: Oh, and Rick was my favorite driver.
1991 Indy 500...Michael passes Rick Mears for the lead only to be passed on the outside going into Turn One on the very next lap. I'm biased since I was at this race seated just past the start finish line with a perfect view into Turn One. And I was 14, so its etched into my brain.
IMSA GTP - Long live the Nissan GTP cars!
@The Second Spitter: Old sport!!
Someone else mentioned the car already, but I thought it should get proper recognition in the form of Heather Graham in "License to Drive"...
@Dominic Chan: Whenever I see this car, I think of the end of "License to Drive"..
@MaWeiTao:

@zekestone: As a marketing guy I agree with you 110%. As a race fan (and as the article states out of NASCAR since 2007) its the end of an iconic moniker that goes into history with the likes of the Marlboro sponsored cars of F-1 and Penske, ELF, Gulf, Rothmans, the red white and blue Nissan IMSA cars...heck, even…
Somebody mentioned it already, but the Fox body comes to mind!
@Lactose_The_Intolerant: YES ON BOTH ACCOUNTS!!
Still...and only because I've seen only 2 in my life on the road driving.
@OM617.951: Its either aero-limted or not geared to go faster. I'd bet this produces double the downforce of the Veyron and is geared to accelerate as hard as possible.
I think B.I.G. said it best..
Driving awesome European highways without pictures to compliment your article doesn't work unless you really elaborate about the surroundings (in essence "paint a picture" for the reader). I want to know if the air is cool, what it smells like, what lines the road, what colors you see.
