Living in Las Vegas, I ride my motorcycle quite a bit out by Nellis and have enjoyed watching the aggressor paint schemes take off and head out to the range. I wish we had the technology to just somehow make the vehicle "not work" if the driver tried to drive while inebriated. I mean, there has to be some way a device could measure the amount of alcohol in our blood - our "blood alcohol" level, if you will. Seems to me the fundamental problem would be solved better this…
