I'd buy one, then have it vinyl wrapped with the camo-swirls, brainwash the masses, and FINALLY RULE THE WORLD!!!

Lame Factor 10...Engage!

Unfortunately, switching to any series of Nascar versus what he drove in Formula 1 would be like trying to make an incision with a shovel. I'd imagine it would be like training your reflexes to slow down. What I don't understand is why these guys don't take their already super open wheel skills over to Indycar.

Sadly, this gorgeous concept will probably end up looking like a warmed over Chevy Cruze when it reaches production. Here's to "Hope" though.

Wow...my head is spinning at the benefits of this over inherent belt driven centrifugal, roots/twin screw, or turbo...intake temps, instant spool...Mmmmmmm, boooooost

my first thought when I read "Flushing Meadows"..

Meh...I'm indifferent to this car's styling...I'm beginning to think the only company that seems to get it right is Audi..

Typical Toyota (see: bland) styling. A 400k 1992 Nissan 300ZX with C7 butt-tocks (Forrest Gump emphasis right there). Whats up with the side scoops covering up the rear 1/4 window?

I'd hedge my bet on STS replacement. Anyone else notice the size of the brake calipers on that thing??

DeTomaso Pantera

and these...

These always looked great to me..

@CyberRanger: I've been echoing that same sentiment for what seems like YEARS now! That or at worst the 4.7 V-8. But definitely first vote goes for diesel. I'd own it for the rest of my life!

@pinkshinyalan: Yeah, but VW admittedly made this as a one-off hoon project. Shouldn't the worst supercar at least have to have been in production?

Shelby Series 1...Kit-Car look, GM switchgear, completely half ass'd drivetrain (Oldsmobile V-8?), Shelby badges and mediocre performance disguised as a "supercar"..

@Pibbs: Not even a Z06. Remember it had a supercharged Northstar V-8...and skinny tires! Horrible.
