This is definitely the best looking generation of Dakota. I had a ‘97 so maybe I’m biased.

I’m also a proponent of the ‘no-case’ club. Granted, my lowly SE is far outclassed in replacement cost, but still - why buy a device I like the finish and form factor of and then forever interact with it through some clunky nerf case.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the Dynamex ruling has no effect on Uber... Uber would just have to argue they’re not a transportation company but a networking company to connect drivers and riders, and thus the drivers aren’t performing tasks within the “usual course” of the company’s business.

No. One of the first things I do when I edit a document is search for double spaces and remove them.

It would likely depend on the cop, but it’s completely feasible to be speeding and impeding traffic at the same time; all you need to be doing to impede traffic is going slower than everybody else while in the passing lane, regardless of how fast that is.
