Not sure what you’re getting at here...

Yeah, I assumed it either meant exit row or first class. They can’t charge extra for belt extenders because they’re mandatory safety devices. Perhaps overly large people should pay a ‘fat tax’ for a 1st class seat, but that’s another conversation altogether.

The Russians would know, and that’s all. We’re not even sure how much they know. Maybe a lot, maybe not much at all. Maybe they would’ve passed on some of that to the Iranians, who hate Israel and maybe because of that they would have leaked the info to ISIS. Then again, maybe the Russians wouldn’t have done that,

Yiiiikes. Oh well, not like they have any sensitive information about you or anything, right?

Exactly. The media and their anonymous sources are burning this guy for the sake of making it look like Trump burned a spy. Yay journalism.

As far as we know, he only shared the intel, not where it came from.

the source of information was particularly valuable for tracking Islamic State’s attempts to place explosive devices on commercial airplanes.

Yoda’s big brother. Too bad the younger brother got all the good looks and force-powers genes...

I can see it both ways... The tall guy is just asking for the same quality of service everybody else gets, and the airline just wants to give everybody the same quantity of space. From a business perspective, rearranging the seating such that any seat would accommodate a 7' person would be a non-starter unless

Not to be contrarian, but why should somebody else pay the tall tax because your husband is 6'9"? The “I need special consideration, therefore I should be able to restrict what you do” argument doesn’t really work (and I know that’s not what you said, but that seems the logical next step in the event that the person

I’m saying the relevant information is “Trump revealed classified information to the Russians” and obviously that looks pretty bad.

Right, because THAT’S what I said....

Not trying to shift the blame. Just saying that sometimes we ought to consider how much additional harm we do in the name of political expediency. Sit down yourself.

Just a thought...if telling the Russian ambassador that the Israelis have intel on a possible ISIS attack is a YUGE breach of national security, how much worse is it that now everybody knows...? Sure, they didn’t disclose which city, but 80% of the story is out - it seems the blabbermouth who wanted Trump to look bad

...so far.

Her friend should have just swapped seats/tickets with her... “there’s only room for one of us in 1st class, and it really should be you”

She was bumped by the ticketing system... it doesn’t know or care whose tickets you paid for, how much you paid for them, or what your race is. The treatment by the staff was inexcusable, but it wasn’t as if she got bumped because she was black and her friend got to stay in 1st because she was white...

It would stand to reason that folks who can’t afford to pay their fines can’t afford to pick up and move within biking distance of work. “Well you should’ve found a home within biking distance of your job in the first place” isn’t really a reasonable expectation; there could be myriad reasons for people to live where

Attractive, cheap, and small glasses - clearly wouldn’t hold a whole beer :P
