Roy Moore is just taking everything normalized by Trump and implicitly endorsed by the GOP to its logical end. Remember when we celebrated the peaceful transition of power in this country? Will that even be a thing in 2018? 2020?

Bingo. Still one hell of a problem, but calling it “gaming disorder” not only doesn’t get to the root of the problem, it misses the problem entirely and hits a whole other PLANET.

I think the concept of this game could work if you got rid of the perma-death part. Competing teams against a series of challenges with an audience that can manipulate the game sounds interesting. I think we know why the women were rotated through quickly. Why no one ever thought, “Hey, maybe we should just replace the guy who’s the problem instead of the women who did nothing wron,” tells you how deeply ingrained misogyny is in everything.
