I will say this. Our post-secondary education is not considered affordable over here. A lot of countries do that better than us. Our education is just “more affordable” than the US.

This is probably more funny to me because recently a colleague of mine fractured his arm playing dodgeball one evening and he literally got it fixed at no expense to himself (yay having a health card) and faced no repercussions at work. He just needed to take a week’s worth of sick days.
