No kidding. I still can’t find one anywhere near me.
“Nintendo is working to make sure everyone who wants a system is able to buy one, and more systems are continually being shipped.”
Motherfuckers, they are gonna stop production and then turn around and announce Snes classic aren’t they? Maintain the hype of the Nes and move that momentum to the next product. It’s a cold calculated business move.
Nintendo must love losing money to scalpers.
Honestly, finding a way to incorporate monopoly token amiibo into the gameplay shown on the screen, could be pretty cool.
oaaahhhh how sweet!
I would have to disagree, and disagree strongly.
Yeah, I’m sure Resident Evil 7's sales took a PHENOMENALLY huge hit due to streaming sites!
You can’t be more wrong.
Really hope that the backlash gets even bigger until they remove this restriction for streaming. I love this game but knowing this in my head makes the game less enjoyable to be honest.
Ugh. You captured exactly the right shades of nauseated disgust here.
If that’s the reason they’re basically saying their gameplay is either bad, or average at best and the only reason to play their game is to watch the cutscenes. At that point, just start publishing books instead. Now if it was a TellTale game where story is literally the only thing it is, then sure. But it’s an rpg…
Huh, while I am not levying this at you (unless you do feel this way, then I am) but if this were an article about Nintendo going after someone making a Mario sex party game the comments are filled to the top with “Fuck Nintendo!!!!!! They are just an out of touch, greedy company!!!!”. Atlus says you can’t stream a…
I don’t expect less from a company which made one of the two games that has region lock for PS3 (Persona 4 Arena) and one that is so badly done that makes the game unable to run on any new slim models for the regions they were suppose to work (like South America).
Well, for starters, the game has been out in Japan for months. If people want to be spoiled, they’ll be spoiled. (From what I hear, Twitter users and YouTube commenters are doing their best to spoil everyone regardless.)
First they release a shitty deluxe edition of it. Then they overprice the fuck out of the DLC. They they give the anime OVA to Aniple of America who, like all their other products, make it the dumbest fucking decision to spend money on. Now, they treat streamers (a rather great source of revenue for game companies)…
Exec 1: “Man, we sure do have a lot of goodwill built up from releasing these awesome Persona games.”
I gave them crap about this on twitter and someone responded to the tweet with story spoilers.
