Then do something about it. I'm not trying to be snide, pompous, or anything dickish like that, I'm seriously encouraging you to do something about it.

Oh shit, he's back! I saw this dude at Otafest, Calgary's other, smaller, anime-themed convention, last May.

So basically, the IBB was an even dumber idea than worduptotheworld made it seem?

You might not think so, but he does. That's not "incorrect", that's just thinking differently.

Twitter's "BazMcMahon", Twitch is "Bazza87".

A little on the long side, but well said.

Now playing

Reminds me of Power Pros, Konami's long running NPB baseball series that managed to get two MLB-themed versions released States-side. They also have a cute art style, with gameplay that's more supposed to be fun than realistic; they might be my favourite baseball games of all time (at the very least, tied with MVP

"Welcome to beautiful New Jersey"

Stopped right there.

To each his own, I guess. I don't really see it...

Actually, I don't really get offended when I see something... well, "offensive". I guess I've hardened myself from that sort of thing. Instead, my reaction is more of an internal facepalm, where I think along the lines of, "Oh my God, did that person really say something that stupid?" and move on.

I only bring this up

Yeah, I agree. This is a meme I really want to catch on, but I wish people would use more soundclips than just that one.

A friend of mine has, in my opinion at least, a pretty good way of deciding whether to get a console or not: if you can name 5 games you'd want for it, get it. For the Wii U you named 6 near the top of the article. I guess that makes the Wii U a "must-own", at least by his standards anyways.

Yeah... the NHL's needed instant-replay for the past 22 years because their refs are so goddamned stupid they got, and still get, simple calls wrong on a routine basis. Like in the play you linked to, where they didn't even let the replay guys review it; they screwed it up themselves!

I think Dickman & Throbbin is my favourite of the ones Snob's reviewed, just for how out-and-out stupid the whole thing is.

Oh my god, this is all fucking hilarious. You've all been going on about this for 12 fucking days. You're all pathetic, every last one of you, on both sides of this lame-as-fuck "debate".

It's just a coincidence?

In 1995, Earthbound was a dud. Critics panned it—"nauseatingly cheery," wrote one reviewer—and sales were disappointing thanks to a bizarre marketing campaign and graphics too cartoonish for many American gamers' tastes at the time.

Well, I liked the Whalers, so I guess I'm half-liberal sheeple, half hipster?
