It's stuff like this that makes me really irritated that I live next to Los Angeles. =___=

I don't think he was being sarcastic... =S

The following games are scored 94 on MetaCritic's all-time lists:

That's true but even an 88% grade-wise is still a B+, which is good! I'd consider a 75 as "decent": it's in the middle of the already-skewed scale (meaning anything between 0 and 60 is considered a failure).

A "94" says "pretty decent video game for people who don't deserve the absolute best". An "88" says "wait for the bargain bin" or "maybe purchase used if you don't know what to get your grandpa for Old People's Day".

I'm Dr. Clockwork and I agree with this post.

Three words: super hot ostrich.

Nintendo is, sadly, very guilty of holding the player's hand lately... =/

It's less a problem with the character and a problem with the purpose of the character. Fi isn't annoying as a character but as a function she is annoying in that every time something changes in a dungeon she lets you know what's happening where and where it is on your map. This was happening in much later dungeons

For the record, Navi would only really bug you when you were putting off the main quest or something. I never found her to be very annoying.

I'm not missing the point, I'm just pointing out a disadvantage that FXAA has.

Check under the torch on the pillar on the left and the stones near the lower right. You can see that they become blurrier, which in some portions removes the more textured look. FXAA is really good for open vistas and such but up-close details start to get washed out.

Now playing

You could even say they're looking for the rainbow connection.

Ridickulous. He might want to consider getting some lube, though...it looks a little dry.

Exhibit B. FSAA.

A disadvantage to FXAA, though, is that it tends to blur textures, which makes the image look less crisp, as you can see here.

The Master Race has grown bored of your antics.

When I saw this article on the main page, my train of thought was as follows:

I'm kind of getting tired of the knee-jerk reactions to things on Kotaku. =/
