Now I know why he looks so familiar...

QUOTE | “It's kind of a passive attitude they're taking, and to me it's kind of a pathetic thing.” - Legendary Nintendo designer Shigeru Miyamoto explaining why Nintendo isn't going to try to make games specifically for a casual audience like they used to on the Wii.

Yep, just saw that. Guess he can have more of my money. Though the Monster Hunter one looked pretty slick too. Tough choice.

If the Smash 3DS XL is the new one, I'm sold.

Pretty sure this is a clever ploy to steal the thunder from dogs after National Dog Day.

The funniest one I've seen so far.

Now playing

After seeing the cover photo in the article, my reaction could be perfectly summed up by this Scott Pilgrim scene:

I dunno. I've often seen '90s fashion referred to in a negative context.

From the preview of the article on the main page, I thought she was cosplaying as Auron.

Maybe they'll re-release it as a promotional tie-in for Episode VII. Don't give up hope!

I'm not well-versed in feminine fashion from the era, but from a male perspective I really hated it. It was just so bland and baggy. Granted, I was only a kid at the time, so I didn't have to worry too much about how I dressed. Though if I had to go through that as a teen or an adult, I'd have no idea what to wear.

Lol I think your preference for 90s fashion makes a lot more sense now. Living in cities, I've been exposed to various fashion and the variety's the whole reason I prefer today's stuff.

If you're also a Star Wars fan, then Burger King had just the burger for you.

As previously noted, the color blue is an appetite suppressant. Yet, here we are, with a blue burger designed to look Earth.

Sure, 20 years down the line the consensus on today's fashion might not be favorable, but I'd much rather see the general populace in fitted clothes than the baggy '90s crap that screams, "I REALLY DON'T CARE ABOUT WHAT I'VE GOT ON. I JUST GRABBED THE FIRST THINGS I SAW IN ARM'S REACH."

Yeah, it is. There's a reason the term "90s fashion" is universally looked upon as a running joke.

During the second day of protests, I honestly thought things couldn't possibly escalate further, but I was so, so wrong. The chain of events that have transpired since then have been incredible. I wonder how things would have gone had the Ferguson PD released the cop's name earlier and given what the protestors wanted

It's nice to see that Japan wasn't immune from the epidemic that was '90s fashion.

The NicoNico broadcast page also calls this a "big announcement." Of course, this could simply be hype, but let's hope it's more than just that.

I don't know which one is the more impressive LEGO recreation I've seen in the past 24 hours: this or the Simpsons Springfield one.
