Some 30 years ago I complained about LEOs and politicians breaking the speed limits routinely with out getting pulled over, while everyone else were getting ticketed for going at least 1 mph over the limit. Then I turned around and faced a police officer staring and scowling at me.
Given that the whole thing makes no sense, it’s a bit premature to start villainizing her. If it ends up being recklessness or negligence, then sure, there’s no punishment too harsh for her.
