That pisses me off. I play and I would love to have a vintage Tele or Jazzmaster, but I'd never purposefully beat the hell out of a guitar just so it LOOKED old. Love them, Use Them, Take care of them. Wear is wear, but this goes too far. :(

Some of those design cues seem to have survived all the way to the late, great, and sorely missed Mustang SVO. The '86 model year being my personal favorite.

I doubt it. If you look on the other side of the car you'll find a similar line, but it's not as dark. This is probably an accumulation of road dirt that's collecting in the valley of that curve. It just happens to be more pronounced on that side of the car in this picture.

The Carlsson Kit really adds to the 900 and hints at some of the changes to come in the next gen car. Overall it reminds me a lot of my 9-3.
