My first car and the host of many many a hoon was a 1980 turbo mustang. While it was dmittedly woefully underpowered at the time that I bought it with 88k+ miles on it. An engine, tranny rebuild and a new turbo when it hit 125K and it was a very competent car capable of a third gear chirp.
