An extra 5mbps, isn’t a big deal. If you could barely manage the 30mbps, then you shouldn’t expect to stream 4k at all. Not to mention the downscaling or lag you’ll suffer if your connection can barely handle the minimum or if anyone else is streaming. I’d be more worried about data caps.
