I was hoping for polka covers.
I was hoping for polka covers.
I thought Split was disappointing. It relies on the horror trope of characters acting ridiculously stupid to keep the movie going. Even the twist at the end felt forced and unnatural.
They would’ve spoken Simlish.
His idea couldn’t be worse than Last Jedi. At the very least, it could be accepted as Lucas’s story and his vision, so no one else has to like it. Last Jedi comes off as bad fanfiction.
If it was clear, I wouldn’t have asked. You mentioned the scene as something that didn’t stop you from watching the show.
So underage Syd raping her mom’s boyfriend in her mom’s body and getting him sent to jail didn’t bother you?
I’m not convinced that that isn’t a photo of dead-eyed wax replicas.
I’d ask what the fuck was up with at least half the things this season, like the shushing lady inside the computer?
Yeah, can’t have pointy chins in a game filled with bioorganic abominations.
Ha, I watched the trailer and immediately didn’t like the new faces or voices. They look too young and like they had plastic surgery.

Phasma is the Boba Fett of this trilogy. Rose is the Jar Jar Binks of this trilogy. But at least the actor for Jar Jar had the benefit of hiding under CGI. And that makes me realize there’s probably a lot of potential in focusing on alien characters rather than human ones.
I’ve done that in Battlefield many times, so I can relate.
Honestly, Wonder Woman wasn’t that great either. It’s about as good as Man of Steel was, and I consider both movies average. At best, it’s on the same level as the worst MCU movies.
BvS for me. I have a feeling Suicide Squad is somehow worse, so I skipped over watching it.
I had the same realization literally 10 seconds before I read this comment.
Erana’s Peace in the Quest for Glory series.
For the record, it wasn’t a clip show, and I don’t know why the review labeled it as such. Yeah, it repeated some scenes from previous episodes, but it was no different than how many other Legion episodes have done the same thing.
I thought at some point it was revealed that in the future David snapped Farouk’s neck after he was reunited with his body.
