But it is the principal of the situation, she could have pulled 4 spaces away. The laze and entitlement just sends me into a rage, who is she to decide that those spaces are unneeded and she can use them?

I was in, did my paperwork, and left. She was still there “shooting the shit”. It doesn’t matter if it was busy or not. This was a public space and not a private business. One should ALWAYS be under the assumption that the space(s) could be taken up at any given time by a legitimate user.
