Sadly, it's not faulty, just badly designed. I've seen many review on it stating that it hits the same temps mine does. I even had the thing fully cleaned, and fans replaced, new thermal paste.

Yes, this is exactly why I'm saving up for a nice new home-built PC. I hate manufacturers for home PCs with a burning passion.
I chose not to get the extended warranty, and luckily, had no issues with factory damage or failures.
Ouch. I need to build a new rig soon, though. My HP laptop has a 1GB card and decent processor, but playing EVE Online on medium/high and the laptop hitting 90C is ridiculous.
You can get a power equivalent, but it's just not worth the cost. And the cost is upwards of 3 grand.
I think you're mixing up a few memes there. Shouldn't that say "I don't always 'X' 'Y', but when I do I 'X' 'Z'."?
Can you back that up with the latest handset? Like I said, it's trying to be less of a dev. phone and more of a consumer's phone. I'm done wasting my time arguing with you. I won, you lost.
That's the best you could do.Out of everything, you point the finger at another guy and proclaim innocence? At the very least, you could say something like "We were learning about which shows are most frequently downloaded" or something!
Doesn't matter. Google gets most of the profits. It's like if I hire you to design a website, then give you a cut of the ad profits. It's my property, but in exchange for designing/ building it, you get a small slice of the profits.
There's this little thing, called the Nexus. You know, the Google dev. phone that's being released and marketed more for profit, less to developers?
So? Apple has higher profits, WAY higher customer satisfaction and more dev. profits.
Call of Duty: Modern Black Tactical Warfare Nuclear Ops featuring; more $15.00 DLC than you can shake a stick at.
I was never a devout Star Wars fan, but this MMO looks mediocre to me. I might pick it up after I'm done with EVE Online, but with Dust 514 around the corner, you can colour me unimpressed.
The superior ecosystem won.
They'll take the cheapest and most effective path. Legal, or perhaps not.
Look, if there's any way for a company to stomp out competition, they will. The patent system needs overhaul. If Google had the ability to do this, do you think they would take the high road? No. They wouldn't. A business doesn't care about you. It cares about your wallet.
If I were American, I would vote either Democrat or a liberal independent, if you still have them. I just can't trust a corporation that's running the government's business (healthcare, etc.).
Obama did the best with the exceptionally poor hand of cards he was handed by the previous president. The United States will need fixing long term, over many different presidents. To be honest, though, I'm not very impressed with either the Democrats or the Republicans.
Legally, though. Apple is smart, they wouldn't et themselves be vulnerable to something like this. Although, the patent system needs obvious overhaul.
Sorry, I suppose that compared iOS versus BlackBerry, which is null and void.
