A note about IP Webcam: It isn't working with most Droids. I can vouch for the X. It's a known bug and is being worked on though, so it's just a matter of patience.

Although it costs money, there is a nice program called Fluid Mask that works wonders for this. For those looking into that kind of alternative, it's worth looking into.
