Yup. It's part of the allure of Popeye's the spicy Cajun seasonings. Now it's not melt your tongue spicy since that is kinda overblown when people talk Cajun spices but it has a small kick to it and tastes like heaven.

No the cards drop from the encounters in the new solo player part of the game. The first wing is free for the first month and the other wings can be opened with either gold or real money.
