Look at the break down of the settlement. There’s $50m allocated for copyright infringement. Given Carmack’s admission to taking code, I would assume that means the court/jury agreed they used that code, or based a significant portion of their own code off it. Like wise Luckey violated an NDA, one he apparently signed

No offense, but you sound like a real cunt.

thats the alternative fact of the matter, yep.

I’m “that guy at the dealership”. I work at a VW Dealership in CT, at the service counter.

I didn’t sign up for this shit. It’s not my job to play damage control for VW corporate.

I don’t work for VW. I work for an independently owned and operated franchise dealership that has a contract with VW.

I didn’t do a

I don’t even see the Matrix code anymore. All I see is... blonde, brunette, redhead...

However! It still would have been nicer had everyone followed the truce in game.

Yeah, between her portrayal in the novels and how she shows up in 3, I had a hard time viewing her as much of anything aside from a mercurial, vindictive, manipulative, emotionally abusive asshat. Triss definitely took advantage of Geralt’s memory issues, but she, at least, was a genuinely caring individual--and

I find that people did not see what Bioware did here. The entire game of 3 WAS the ending where your choices mattered. You wanted to know the fate of the Rachni from your choice in 1? You got it. You want the finale of all the Genophage choices you made across the last 2 games? You got it. How about the Quarian/Geth

The problem is those were 3 movie packages. This is the only movie ever made in this universe, outside of A New Hope that has a beginning, middle and end.

And it’s all in Chinese? What a bold design decision.

This looks terrible. Aside from having decent gameplay the last good game, with a good story, Hideo Kojima made was the original Metal Gear Solid. When he’s allowed to do anything he wants he makes self-indulgent melodramatic tripe. Clearly here he has no one holding him back. He is the George Lucas of video games.

That should be a maxim for every activity you can name. The Universal Maxim, if you will.

Now playing

I was a bit disappointed when I watched the video and saw he was loitering around the back of the truck for a while. I was hoping it was a heist of Groundhog Day level perfect timing.

Look at you, sitting around and eating bons-bons.

...propelling the character into lower-Earth orbit.

Who calls brotherhood part 2?

No console game has ever had issues on PC.

Egon!

There’s actually a fairly realistic reason for why the UNSA is in conflict with the SDF. To dismiss it as “nonsense” is extremely unfair to the writers, who did an excellent job establishing a background for the rivalry between Earth and Mars’ governing forces before it balloons out into the war seen in the game

This looks fucking rad.
