It doesn’t ruin the movie for me but the movie JJ Abrams just doesn’t seem to know how fast light actually travels.

The whole FTL thing (of the drives and the Starkiller beam itself) I can deal with. FTL is not a ridiculous concept. Even Star Trek have, as canon, subspace enhancement of energy weapons to allow their use at FTL.

that’s weak. We’re not talking about hypothetical FTL drives. FTL is a solid enough concept. We’re talking about the ability to clearly see a completely different star system with the naked eye.

Actually, I forgave him for the fucked up spatial relationships...everything else about Trek 2009 was top quality stuff, imo. Easily the best Trek since First Contact.

I couldn’t get to grips with Vivienne. Nor that Grey Warden fella whose name escapes me. I remember when i was trying combos out that they had some fiery dialogue with each other but I found them kinda boring. Sera was a little bit too off the wall at first but I did come to love her scenes as we peeled back her…

I prefer solitude in my Fallout so this is all new to me. I’ve very much reminded of my (long) play time with Dragon Age: inquisition and the hilarious show your companions put on for you. Iron Bull was my fav.
