Well, that's sort of the thing. Apple is using their pull to take profits from other companies because Apple apps currently have a stranglehold on the mobile industry.

I remember reading about this when I was in college. During heavy cram sessions, I would take 20 minute naps every 1-2 hours or so. It really felt like it helped.

What about products I already own? If I bought the game for the Xbox 360, but want to try some fun stuff in a PC environment, I feel like I should be able to. And lord knows I don't really want to buy a copy of Plants Vs Zombies for the PC AND my iPhone.

In my Computer Science classes, sometimes we were allowed 1 page of notes. I ended up taking all of the professor's power point slides, picking out the important ones, and squeezing them onto the page with 4 point font. Thank god for 1200dpi printers.

If you guys are still frustrated with the layout, I did a small GreaseMonkey script to tidy things up a bit. It basically lets you hide the bar on the right so there's more room for the article.

But there's a small loophole to this. In most cases, people aren't releasing modified firmware, but rather, they're releasing tools so that users can modify firmware. You usually download the official firmware and the patcher separately, patch it yourself, then upload it to your PS3.
