Actually your not when its something like this, even though you see shirts and stuff all the time but games seem to get bit really hard over every other type of media or derivative works with very little protection for stuff like fair use.

Currently the biggest thing that pisses me off is getting ads watching my own stream on mobile, I like to do that so i can quickly check out my audio levels without anything interfering but it forces a long, half minute preroll ad, they need to get rid of that when logged in, and watching your own stream.

honestly wouldnt be too hard to do, you should be able to just mark a game as being sold, you lose access to the game, and you get a key to give to someone or something. maybe do a paypal linking or something to make sure money actually transpired between it.
