Honestly? I do find myself vaping more. But I'll bump it down in strength in the next couple of days and hopefully get down to 0. It IS easy since you can do it basically anywhere. But the great thing is - after a couple of weeks, your taste/smell comes back, and the flavor of a tobacco cig is awful.
