I feel that and I’m reminded of all those times Snake was shown in MGS2 before the game came out. 

This is a horrible idea. Devs need to be as honest as they can be, or risk losing credibility.

I rather have devs not lie to me to sell their product.

I get master/slave. It isn’t really necessary at all, and more descriptive terms are actually better in most cases.

But Oxenfree was terrible and I hated it so much. Mostly the characters. I’m sure they developed as the game went on, but they started so annoying that I couldn’t take the thought of playing more.
