@Wwhat: I imagine with something like this there is a protocol for them to handle travel arrangements. They show up at the nearest military base with the proper ID and are flown to the location as directly as possible.

@nadav: I did not say Canada was not developed. As a matter of fact I said "Other developed nations" , which would mean that I do in fact consider it developed. It however, is not a major player in the technology field which is what I would have considered for a requirement of such a list.
