That's what I don't get. What did Beth hope to accomplish here? Did she think Sophia's dads would read her message and say, "Of course! We were blind before, but Beth's note has opened our eyes to the horrific sin we have been living in! We must now break up, immediately take up engaging in sexual congress with women

I think you mean

"my right as a dumbass"

Ha! Fair enough. I've had my share of encounters with people that WISH they were weird. Desperately want to be anything but the white bread, middle class, happy, content people they are that saw that one episode of Lucy, The Daughter of the Devil, got that one tattoo of a butterfly that is hidden (so their parents

When I found out that these weren't legal in the States I didn't know how to react. I thought I was being messed with. THEY'RE SO DELICIOUS, fuck the toy.

Legalize it.

I was totally with you on the haute vs ethnic cuisine, but not on the restaurants. Maybe it's because I'm in a mid-size town in the south with a university. But anything that isn't an American chain would be rate about the same. We don't have a French place at all and we have on Italian place that isn't Olive Garden.

They do incredibly well in most metro areas as restaurants that 20/30-something crowd (including myself) go out to dine. But that's not what I'm talking about.

The growing presence of minority cultures has made it to the board and now basmati rice is right next to the Uncle Ben's in many American grocery stores. It's the ultimate minority triumph. As far as the supermarket is concerned, your people aren't ethnic — they're just, like, people.

Might I suggest the most excellent era of the late 80s?

Stuff like this is why if I have children, I plan to raise them in the past.

I used to tackle this problem with what I believed a novel and exceedingly clever tactic; I would simply mimic his own snore back to him, which would immediately stop him without waking him up. But then one night he opened his eyes and said "you really have to do something about your snoring". RAGE.

I feel like a lot of the pressure to "dress your age" is related to location and whether or not you've had children. I've been told many times where I'm living that I should cut my hair "just to make my life easier" and it's been hinted that my skirts are short and halter tops are too much.

I always thought it was sketchy that girls should dress sexy and women should dress dowdy.

It's all about how Kate is objectively beautiful and how I saw it then tore her down and then realized because it's my own mortality. Kate is beautiful no matter what. It's gross that I saw myself in her and thought "nope! Gross! Not gonna happen" when in reality I'm so lucky I see myself in Kate

Yes, exactly! Because...why? And why are mothers involved? Moms can't be hot? If your mom is pretty it's bad to look like her? You could write a pretty serious analysis of this comment.

You're joking, right?

Yeah, the "you would expect a celebrity to shave their face" is some next level facepalm shit.

Cant. Wont. Ever. Kiss. Husband. Again!

Because his tongue on my tongue is super hot?
