Overusage is a sign of poor planning though, no matter how generous your budget is. If you have all carriers down at the same time due to maintenance, you scheduled wrong. If you increase budget while maintaining poor planning you might patch a few holes but the problem stays the same.

Thinking about it, if they took the combat mechanics from For Honor and replaced it with lightsabers, it could be pretty awesome. Its a little slow but they could speed up movement a bit and add force powers.
