@framitz: I have the previous gen (non-touch) Kobo and have used it for months. I can honestly say that it is very well built and even the battery life has surpassed its advertised specs.

Its just so... beautiful...

@themightyspitz: I've driven in both NYC & Rome... I managed to get through NYC okay.. Rome streets were so chaotic that after 10 minutes and a dozen near misses I parked the car and got on the public transit.

I guess time will tell... I'll probably go Android for tablet, Windows for work, Ubuntu for backup system and Apple for laptop. I'm an OS whore - I'll get it on with any platform!

I'm thinking more along the lines of my work desktop.. wouldn't attempt that with a tablet.. except maybe if I could plug into an external screen.
